Job Description

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for accounting, declarations, and financial reporting with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. You will ensure correct and reliable financial reporting and actively work with analyses that provide management with clear decision-making support and contribute to well-founded strategic decisions.

This is a dynamic role that includes a variety of tasks with the following main areas of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for accounting, year-end closing, and reporting according to K3/IFRS.
• Prepare annual reports and declarations in collaboration with group functions.
• Lead budget and forecasting processes for the company.
• Ensure internal control and compliance.
• Responsible for taxes, VAT, and fees.
• Contact with auditors, authorities, and external parties.
• Develop and streamline financial processes and routines.
• Support management with financial analyses and decision-making support.
• Manage all communication between employees, the company, and external payroll consultants.

You will also have ongoing contact with auditors, authorities, and external parties and work on developing and streamlining financial processes and routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Swedish and international accounting (K3/IFRS) as well as experience in leadership and strategic financial work. Additionally, you have experience with ERP systems and Excel, along with a basic understanding of payroll processes. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and possess good communication and collaboration skills.
